This has accelerated thanks to the blockchain. In 2017, a client asked to help with an ICO and they have been crypto pilled ever since, developing into what is currently the leading professional services firm on chain.
In 2023, they opened a new leg of the business to carve out a team dedicated to all things Web3, which is now over 80 strong and servicing near 600 digital asset clients globally. They partner with some of the industry's most influential players—cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain innovators, Web3 pioneers, and digital asset funds—offering tailored audit, tax, and advisory services that keep pace with this fast-evolving landscape.
Location: London, Fitzrovia
Package: £55,000 plus a strong bonus structure (£1,000 - £8,000), private medical, private pension, profit share scheme, international conferences, paid overtime, generous annual leave.
Salary review every 6 months, 2.5k increase every 6 months if meeting expectations (5k per annum)
About the role
Our client is the market leader in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web 3.0 space, working with some of the largest crypto-native organizations globally.
The firm provides advisory, accounting, compliance, and tax support to companies and individuals in the digital asset and metaverse spaces. Their in-house AI technology enables them to stay ahead of developments in this rapidly evolving market. Clients include cryptocurrency exchanges, entities in the metaverse, NFT miners, decentralized gaming protocols, ICO offerings, and high- level investors.
The team is made up exclusively of professionals from Big 4 and BDO backgrounds, most of whom were drawn to the firm for the opportunity to move away from traditional audit roles and into the cryptocurrency/digital asset space.
They place a strong emphasis on progression. Their commitment to internal promotions is reflected in the rapid career growth within the firm. A large number of individuals have progressed to Manager level within just six months of joining the team and as it stands they averaging one promotion to partner level approximately every quarter.
As part of their focus on rewarding and retaining top talent, they offer an exit bonus, giving
employees 7.5% of the firm’s capital upon any sale event.
Key aspects of the role include:
• Manage a portfolio of clients exclusively within the world of Digital Assets
• Work on accounting, international taxation, treasury management, proof of asset audits, shard management, and advisory for global corporate entities.
• Advise on financial management, governance, international tax structuring, and corporate organization.
• Gain exposure to new audit techniques, technology, and coding in a non-traditional audit environment, alongside comprehensive training in the cryptocurrency and digital asset sectors.

The ideal person
• Prior cryptocurrency accounting experience is not required, but a genuine passion for cryptocurrency and digital assets is required.
• You should be a critical thinker with a keen interest in the fast-evolving digital asset space.
• Ability to engage with clients and deliver commercial advice within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web 3.0 sectors.
• A desire to build your career in a growing and technology-driven firm.
