About Position:

The security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the security controls and transition to target state security-managed operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborating with managers to determine security needs.
  • Experience on project delivery and team management.
  • Supervising, recruiting, and training security personnel.
  • Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow GRC, SecOps and RBVM solutions.
  • Manage integration with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
  • Support pre-sales efforts, including effort estimations, technical solutioning, and proposal preparation.
  • Integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms
  • Hands-on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP, Scripted Web Services.
  • Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to Service Portal
  • Good Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades.
  • Hands on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configurations.
  • Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements
  • Experienced ServiceNow GRC, IRM, SecOps and RBVM Developer with strong leadership capabilities and expertise in implementing, customizing, and integrating GRC as well as SecOps modules on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven ability to build and lead teams, manage client expectations, and deliver secure, scalable solutions.
  • Adept at translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs while ensuring adherence to compliance and governance standard.

Expertise You'll Bring:

  • 15 years full time education in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area
  • Strong knowledge and experience across Security domains including SecOps, GRC, RBVM, IRM, IAM, OT/IOT Security and SOC
  • ServiceNow certifications focusing around Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Information Risk Management (IRM) SecOps and RBVM modules in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge and /or experience around Veza and Armis would be an added advantage
  • Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC, IRM, SecOps and RBVM Platform.
  • Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.
  • Strong Knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.
  • Knowledge of ITSM, ESM, SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus
  • Experience in other (1) GRC tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream, Bwise (2) SecOps and SOAR tools like IBM Resilient, Palo Alto XSOAR (3) RBVM tools like Qualys TruRisk, is a plus
  • Very good communication and customer management skills
  • Excellent command of English (verbal/written)
