Pay Rate: £15.16 per hour + premium overtime
Shifts: 06:00–13:30 / 13:30–21:00 – rotating weekly
Contract: Full-time, ongoing Are you an experienced Warehouse Administrator with strong Excel skills and a background in inventory control, stock management or logistics administration Do you have SAP experience – or the ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly? We are currently recruiting for an organised and motivated Automotive Warehouse Administrator to join a busy, high-volume automotive operation in Birmingham B6 . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, stock, systems and warehouse operations , and who wants to develop their career within the fast-paced automotive supply chain sector. The Role Working closely with the warehouse and operational teams, you will play an important role in ensuring that stock, inventory and system information remains accurate and up to date . You will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the warehouse through effective administration, data management and inventory control. Key Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records
Using Excel to manage, analyse and update warehouse data
Updating and processing information through SAP and other internal systems
Monitoring stock movements, discrepancies and inventory levels
Supporting stock checks and inventory control processes
Investigating discrepancies and ensuring system records match physical stock
Producing reports and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation
Working closely with warehouse, production and logistics teams
Ensuring information is processed accurately and within required timescales
Supporting continuous improvement across warehouse administration and processes
What We're Looking For We are keen to hear from candidates with experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, stock management or logistics administration . You will ideally have:
Good Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets and data
Previous experience in inventory control, stock control or warehouse administration
SAP knowledge or experience – highly desirable, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
Good IT and data-entry skills
The ability to identify and investigate stock discrepancies
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A willingness to learn, adapt and develop new skills
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive/warehouse environment
