Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer – Meriden (Onsite, 5 Days/Week)Location: Meriden, Solihull Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday. 5 days per week, onsite About the Role: We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join an innovative team in Meriden. This is a hands-on, web-focused role, perfect for someone who enjoys building and optimising web applications and mentoring junior developers along the way.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications
• Writing and optimising SQL queries to support application functionality
• Collaborating with the team to solve technical challenges and improve performance
• Supporting and mentoring junior developers, sharing your knowledge and experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in web-based development, with a passion for coding
• Comfortable with self-directed learning and keeping up with new technologies
• Familiarity with SQL queries and database interaction
• Some experience mentoring or supporting junior developers

Nice to Have:

• Experience with C# and modern Angular frameworks
• Knowledge of web application performance optimisation
• Strong communication skills to share ideas and collaborate effectively
