Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor Location: Loughborough Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)Shift Pattern
- Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 08:00 am and 8:00 pm
- One weekend shift every two weeks (9:00 am – 5:30 pm)
- Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.
- Build rapport with customers by understanding their individual needs.
- Recommend suitable technology products, services, and solutions.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options.
- Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase.
- Process payments and support customers with credit applications and finance plans.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets.
- Accurately update customer information across multiple systems.
- Confident communicators with excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and committed to providing exceptional service.
- Motivated by achieving targets and delivering results.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new technology.
