Repair Technicians - Multiple Roles Available

£13.50 per hour
Monday to Friday Ongoing Contract
We are currently recruiting for 3 Repair Technicians to join a busy and growing repair centre in Milton Keynes.
Available shifts:
• 2 x positions: 08:00 - 16:30
• 1 x position: 06:00 - 14:30
The Role:
This is a hands-on position working with small and large printer devices and electronic equipment. Duties will include diagnosing faults, repairing components, testing equipment, packing parts, and general workshop support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults
• Carry out component-level repairs, including soldering where required
• Strip down and rebuild printer devices and similar equipment
• Test repaired units to ensure quality standards are met
• Clean, maintain, and adjust mechanical components
• Harvest and pack parts for repairs and stock
• Install and configure hardware and software products
• Record repair activity and parts used accurately
• Provide technical support when required
• Lift and move equipment weighing up to 15-20kg
What We're Looking For:
• Experience repairing mechanical or electronic equipment is desirable
• Experience working with printers or similar devices would be advantageous
• Ability to use diagnostic and measurement tools
• Soldering experience is beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable reading technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Reliable, hands-on, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
We are also open to candidates from transferable backgrounds who have a strong interest in technology and repairs.
