About the Company
Our client is a leading provider of technology, logistics, installation, and project delivery solutions, working with some of the UK's best-known retail, commercial, and corporate brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator to join their busy and fast-paced operations team in Bletchley.
The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to support the successful delivery of multiple projects from start to finish.
This is a demanding and fast-moving position, requiring a highly organised individual who can work to tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of project plans
- Coordinate project activities and ensure key milestones are met
- Manage and update project schedules
- Track project budgets and costs
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Support financial administration, reporting, and invoicing processes
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues where necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the project team
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
- Experience working within a fast-paced project environment would be advantageous
