A genuinely unique opportunity for someone coming out of a Management or Strategy Consultancy who wants to get closer to the commercial engine and actually build something.

I’m working with a high-performing, specialist consultancy that partners with private equity funds and their portfolio businesses — focused on driving real value creation, not just advising on it.

Looking for a Commercial Excellence Manager to help scale the global growth story.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

  • Build and optimise a best-in-class commercial engine
  • Shape sales & marketing strategy alongside senior leadership
  • Own and develop the pipeline, data and CRM (HubSpot, Pitchbook, Cognism)
  • Drive targeted BD and account-based marketing activity
  • Work directly with partners and PE-backed leadership teams

It’s ideal for someone who has:

  • A background in consulting, PE, or professional services
  • Experience building or scaling commercial / growth functions
  • An entrepreneurial mindset (bonus if you’ve built something yourself)
  • Strong commercial insight backed by data

London-based, with a strong growth trajectory and real exposure to senior decision-makers.
