Job Title: Junior Implementation Consultant

Location: Hybrid - Bristol (minimum 4 days in-office during probation)

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week

We're looking for a Junior Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of tailored software solutions to new and existing clients. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical and data analysis skills, with excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on project experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure software to meet client needs
• Assist with data migration and cleansing
• Provide project and client support throughout implementation
• Contribute to documentation and user training materials
• Work closely with developers and project managers using Agile methodology

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills
• Understanding of SQL and relational databases
• Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent experience
• Proactive team player with strong communication skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Agile, software testing, Azure, or ISO standards
• ISEB/ISTQB certification (beneficial but not required)
