This is a great opportunity for someone early in their testing career who wants to build real automation capability while working on a meaningful delivery pipeline. You’ll work closely with developers, analysts and project leads, helping us ship high-quality features at pace.
If you have the foundations of testing and some hands-on experience with automation tools, this is a strong environment to grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Testing new features and enhancements across related systems.
- Supporting test cycles for Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Azure Functions.
- Helping build and maintain automated tests.
- Running functional, regression and user journey testing.
- Documenting test cases and results clearly and consistently.
- Working with developers to reproduce issues and support quick resolutions.
- Contributing to quality standards, release readiness and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
- Some experience with automation testing tools.
- A good understanding of software testing fundamentals and test design.
- Comfort working with APIs, JSON and modern integration patterns.
- Clear communication and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and confidence working at pace.
- Ability to work full-time from our Meriden office.
You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine interest in becoming a stronger automation-focused tester.
You must have:
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation testing tool (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman or similar)
- Some experience writing or maintaining automated tests
- A basic understanding of APIs, JSON and modern integration patterns
- At least 6 months of commercial testing or software delivery experience
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Experience testing APIs or system integrations.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365, Power Apps or Power Automate.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps pipelines or Test Plans.
- Experience with Azure services or cloud-based testing.
If you don’t have these yet, we’ll help you build them.
What you can expect
You’ll join a supportive team working across a modern Microsoft technology stack. You’ll gain practical experience in automation, Power Platform, Azure integrations and structured delivery. We’ll support your development, certifications and long-term progression.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Meriden (CV7), suitable for someone early in their testing career who wants exposure to a broad mix of projects, tooling and engineering practices.
