Website Administrator
A leading online brand is looking for a Website Administrator to support the day‐to‐day management of its B2B and B2C eCommerce platforms.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining product data, improving the online customer experience, and supporting digital performance across multiple websites.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product & Content Management
- Upload new products and maintain existing listings within Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Manage product descriptions, technical data, size guides, compatibility info and imagery.
- Ensure content is accurate, well presented and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Update wider website content including news, editorial, brand pages and policy documents.
Brand & Asset Management
- Source and organise product and brand assets from internal and external partners.
- Maintain structured asset libraries and ensure consistent file naming.
- Produce web‐optimised imagery and manage website image directories via FTP.
- Capture product photography when official imagery is unavailable.
Editorial, Reviews & Media
- Upload and format editorial content, reviews and press articles.
- Link supporting content to products to enhance customer understanding and conversion.
Customer Account Support
- Help set up B2B customer accounts within the platform.
- Handle queries related to logins, access and account maintenance.
Platform Support & Website Health
- Perform regular checks to ensure categories, products and content display correctly.
- Support troubleshooting of content or data issues (escalating technical cases where needed).
- Assist with content preparation for promotions, product launches and key campaigns.
Team & Process Support
- Contribute to ongoing data clean‐up, process improvements and workflow documentation.
- Support cross‐team requests relating to digital content or product information.
How We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with CMS/eCommerce platforms (Magento/Adobe Commerce preferred).
- Basic HTML understanding.
- Image editing ability (Photoshop or similar).
- Confident using MS Office and Windows.
- Proactive, reliable and comfortable managing varied workloads.
- A collaborative team player who takes pride in output quality.
