Contracts Officer
Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit a Contracts Officer on a temporary basis. Location: Edinburgh Central – Hybrid Hours: 36 hours per week Pay Rate: £18.34 per hour Duration: Temporary (6 months) Start Date: July 6th 2026 – December 31stWe're looking for an organised and proactive individual to support procurement compliance, process purchasing requests, and provide guidance on commercial procedures. You'll work across a range of systems, manage enquiries, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.What we're looking for:
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage workloads and work independently
- Experience in procurement, finance, purchasing, or commercial operations is desirable
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, PECOS or similar systems is an advantage
