We're looking for a talented and motivated Senior Performance and Improvement Officer to join our team and help transform how performance, data, and business intelligence support service delivery.This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the deployment of Power BI, improve data quality, and support business-critical decision-making across our high-profile, complex Operational Services division. What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of the Business Improvement Team, you’ll:
  • Lead the roll-out of Power BI within Operational Services.
  • Improve the quality and accessibility of performance data across departments.
  • Design and deliver interactive dashboards that support both day-to-day management and strategic planning.
  • Support business improvement projects to enhance customer service, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Audit and analyse internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with service areas and corporate teams to ensure performance insights are clear, actionable, and aligned with our strategic priorities.
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills — someone who can turn complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive action.Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation, DAX, and data modelling.
  • Strong knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practice.
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources to create cohesive reporting tools.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and ensure data quality.
  • Skilled in engaging stakeholders to assess reporting needs and data requirements.
  • Experience in delivering or supporting business improvement initiatives.
