AI & Data Apprenticeship Delivery Manager Remote / Hybrid (UK) Up to £80,000 + Benefits Full Time | Permanent Lead the Delivery of AI & Data Apprenticeship Programmes We are seeking an experienced AI & Data Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, quality, and performance of apprenticeship programmes within Artificial Intelligence, Data and Automation.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of managing AI and Data apprenticeship provision, leading Trainer and Skills Coach teams, and driving learner achievement, compliance and quality across funded programmes.This is not a purely operational management role. We are specifically looking for an individual who combines apprenticeship leadership experience with strong AI and Data expertise, and who can provide credible support and direction to both delivery teams and employer partners.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of AI and Data Apprenticeship Trainers and Skills Coaches.
  • Drive performance across learner retention, achievement, EPA readiness and quality metrics.
  • Oversee the delivery of AI & Automation Practitioner, Data and Digital apprenticeship programmes.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for AI, Data and Automation apprenticeship delivery.
  • Support curriculum design, programme development and quality improvement activities.
  • Ensure all programmes are delivered in line with ESFA funding rules and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor KPI performance and implement improvement plans where required.
  • Work closely with employers to ensure programmes meet workforce and business needs.
  • Support growth and innovation across AI and Data learning provision.
Essential Experience To be successful in this role, you must have: Experience managing or leading the delivery of AI and/or Data apprenticeship programmes Experience managing Apprenticeship Trainers, Skills Coaches or Delivery Teams Subject matter expertise in AI and Automation Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding, compliance and quality requirements Experience supporting learners through Gateway and EPA Experience working with AI & Automation Practitioner, Data Analyst, Data Technician or similar digital apprenticeship standards Strong stakeholder management skills with employers, learners and internal teams Experience analysing performance data and driving improvements in learner outcomes Ideal Backgrounds We would particularly welcome applications from individuals currently working as:
