CRM Executive (Zoho) Location: London – Hybrid working Salary: £35,000 – £39,000 per annum The Opportunity An influential, independent think tank at the heart of London is seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join its communications and marketing team. You will be the primary lead for CRM execution, ensuring that communications are accurately targeted, efficiently delivered, and effectively tracked. You will work closely with the wider marketing and communications team to maximise the impact of campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
- Email Campaign Management: Build, test, and deploy high-impact email campaigns, including newsletters and research releases, exclusively through Zoho CRM.
- Data Management and Segmentation: Maintain accurate and clean contact records, manage complex imports, and apply sophisticated segmentation logic to campaigns to ensure messaging is tailored to the right audience.
- Technical Optimisation: Apply UTM tags, track links, and assist with user tracking setup through Google Analytics to measure engagement and campaign success.
- Reporting and Insights: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Zoho’s analytics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve audience engagement.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Zoho features and functionality, sharing knowledge with the team to enhance processes and outputs.
- Extensive experience managing and executing campaigns within Zoho CRM.
- Strong knowledge of the broader Zoho ecosystem and its functionalities.
- Ability to work confidently with structured data, spreadsheets, and segmentation tools within the CRM.
- Proactive in learning and implementing new Zoho features to improve team efficiency and campaign performance.
