Talent Operations Assistant - Ashby ATS Experience a Must Fixed Term Contract – 3 months £40,000 to £45,000 Hybrid – 3 days in the office, work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays A fast growing, digital business is seeking a Talent Operations Assistant to support the rollout and adoption of a new Applicant Tracking System across the organisation.This is a hands on role focused on training, systems optimisation, and ensuring hiring managers are confident and consistent in their use of the platform.The role You will act as the go to person for the ATS, working closely with hiring managers to ensure the system is used correctly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
  • Training hiring managers on how to use the Ashby ATS system effectively
  • Providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring interview notes, feedback, and candidate data are added accurately and consistently
  • Monitoring system usage and addressing any process gaps
  • Supporting smooth adoption of a newly implemented ATS across the business
  • Acting as the bridge between Talent and wider stakeholders to ensure best practice is followed

  • Previous experience using Ashby ATS is highly desirable, or strong experience with a similar ATS system
  • Confident delivering training to managers and non technical stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable troubleshooting systems and improving processes
  • Able to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment
