The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional to join a growing Training Sales team.
The role combines new business development, learner engagement, and account management, focusing on promoting a portfolio of CPD courses, professional qualifications, and digital training programmes. You will engage with both self-funded learners and employer clients, identifying training needs and converting opportunities into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed activity, enrolment, and revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners and employer clients.
- Promote and sell a range of professional and technical training programmes.
- Manage the full sales and enrolment process from initial enquiry through to registration.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional programmes.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing teams to maximise lead conversion.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the learner journey.
- Contribute positively to team objectives and support colleagues where required.
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Experience within training, education, apprenticeships, or work-based learning.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience generating new business opportunities through outbound activity.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target driven.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of IT, Digital, HR, Leadership, or Professional Development training.
- Experience selling training programmes, qualifications, or learning solutions.
- Experience managing payment collection and customer retention activities.
