Software Developer Adobe DXP

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain web applications and analytic tools.
• Lead the enhancement, support, and maintenance of business applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Develop custom AEM components/templates based on Figma specs.
• Integrate AEM with third-party services/APIs and ensure code quality (unit testing, code reviews).
• Troubleshoot across the full stack (Front End, Back End, cloud infrastructure).
• Support audit, risk, and control activities.
• Provide production support coverage and ensure continuous improvement.

Skills + Experience

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) : AEM Cloud Service, custom components/templates, migration, integrations.
• Web Development: Java, JSP, Sling, OSGi, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment: Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service and cloud deployment practices.
• APIs & Integrations: Experience integrating AEM with third-party services (eg, Adobe I/O, GraphQL, Content Fragment Models).
• Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Marketo, Adobe Assets, Adobe Analytics, and Target.
• 5+ years of Adobe AEM development experience.
• Strong Front End and Back End skills.
• Experience with Adobe AEM cloud migration, and Scripting/automating data/content migration.
• Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites Developer) preferred.
