Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Brighton, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with required standards. Responsibilities include monitoring and enforcing quality control measures, conducting quality audits, managing quality systems, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality excellence across all operations.
Qualifications
- Experience with Quality Management and Quality Auditing processes
- The ideal candidate would have worked as a QA using QA tools
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and an ability to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Previous experience in contact centre technology or similar fields is a plus
