  • Full responsibility for inbound digital funnels, delivering high-quality leads to the sales team
  • Managing outbound campaigns, working closely with sales on email, webinars and events to generate new opportunities
  • Reporting on pipeline health, conversion rates, and campaign ROI - making data-driven decisions to improve performance
  • Ability to create marketecture: simplifying complex product and technical concepts into clear, visual, executive-level messaging.
  • Maintaining and enhance website and social media presence with content that drives engagement and SEO
  • Using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn to manage, execute, and track campaigns

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience marketing for small to medium sized software companies – either from within an agency or in house.
  • Proven experience managing digital funnels and campaigns that drive real business results
  • Expert knowledge of HubSpot and skills in Salesforce and LinkedIn campaign management
  • Content creation skills, including copywriting and blogging, to attract and convert leads
  • Confidence working independently and collaborating with commercial teams

What's on offer:

  • Competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working with 3 days in-office each week
  • Entry into an employee share scheme after 2 years
  • Clear career progression to Head of Marketing and eventually CMO
  • Opportunity to build and lead a high-performing marketing team as we grow.
  • Purpose-led work with a strong social mission in the public sector

If you’re ready to take ownership of marketing in a fast-growing tech company and help shape our future, we’d love to hear from you.
