Location - office based, Staines Upon Thames
Salary - 45k per annum +commission
IFS is transforming the way its customers work — and the company is looking for ambitious, resilient, and curious individuals to join its new Digital Sales Executive (DSE) cohort.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a sales role with teeth. DSEs take charge of existing customer accounts, reignite stalled upgrade conversations, and close deals that bring customers onto the latest IFS platform.
What DSEs do:
- Create urgency: explain the risks of staying on legacy — tech debt, cost, security, supportability.
- Build the value story: show CFOs and CIOs why upgrading now pays off.
- Engage the right people: from procurement to business leaders, mapping champions and blockers.
- Drive outcomes: protect renewals, expand accounts, and grow revenue.
The ideal DSE:
