We are growing and would like to add a new member to our team. You will join a group of highly motivated individuals, to help us grow Phorest faster.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Package Specialist to focus on upselling packages to existing Phorest clients. In this role, you will leverage your strong sales skills to identify opportunities, tailor package solutions to client needs, and maximize revenue growth. Your ability to build rapport, demonstrate the value of our products, and close deals will be key to your success.

What You'll Do
  • Upselling Packages: Proactively engage with existing clients to promote and sell tailored packages that align with their business goals.

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and how our packages can provide value.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Grow, Marketing, and Product teams to identify upsell opportunities and deliver cohesive client experiences.

  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Phorest's product offerings, including software features, packages, and value propositions.

  • CRM Management: Accurately document all sales activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Feedback Loop: Provide client feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement of our offerings.

Who You Are
  • Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

  • Client-Focused: A strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.

  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of Phorest's products and packages.

  • Adaptability: Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

  • Proven success in upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Gainsight) preferred

  • Passion for the salon, spa and aesthetic industry is a plus.

  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
