The Opportunity

This is more than a recruitment role - it's an opportunity to make a direct impact on how Phorest attracts and hires technical talent. You'll work closely with leaders across our Product, Engineering, and Data teams, developing recruitment strategies that help us scale with excellence.

You'll partner closely with hiring managers to design and deliver an efficient, transparent, and engaging recruitment process. From sourcing and assessing candidates to providing market insights and strengthening our employer brand within the tech community, you'll play a key role in shaping the teams that define Phorest's future.

What You'll Do
  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers across Product, Engineering, and Data to understand business priorities, define hiring needs, and build scalable recruitment approaches.

  • Technical Hiring Expertise: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles - from software engineers and QA specialists to data analysts and product managers - ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and engaging process.

  • Talent Sourcing & Market Insights: Use innovative sourcing methods and market mapping to identify and attract top technical talent. Share data-driven insights and hiring trends to support our hiring strategies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Coach and guide hiring managers on best practices in job scoping, interviewing, and candidate engagement.

  • Candidate Experience: Champion an outstanding candidate journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects Phorest's culture and values.

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Partner with the People and Product & Development teams to build diverse, high-performing teams and strengthen inclusive hiring practices.

  • Data & Reporting: Use data to track recruitment performance, provide insights to leadership, and influence decision-making with evidence-based recommendations.

  • Onboarding Partnership: Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure seamless transitions from candidate to new hire, capturing feedback to refine the end-to-end experience.

Who You Are
  • 3+ years' experience hiring for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and/or Data, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven company

  • A partnership approach. You have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and work together to navigate hiring challenges

  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and candidate engagement within technical talent pools

  • Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging insights to influence hiring strategy and outcomes

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences and fostering diversity in hiring

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, scaling, mission-driven company where your impact is visible and appreciated.

Contract Details

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on how we attract and hire the exceptional talent that powers Phorest's product and development innovation.
