Data Scientist - London (hybrid working - 3 days a week)

You will help design, build, and deploy production-ready AI and advanced data analytics solutions that directly support business strategy. What you will be doing
- Designing, building, and deploying data science & AI solutions end-to-end
- Implementing MLOps foundations including CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, drift detection and model versioning
- Building generative AI features such as RAG pipelines, embeddings, and AI agents
- Ensuring technical delivery aligns with security, governance, architecture and enterprise standards
- Evaluating and piloting new technologies to enhance scalability, reliability and performance
What you will bring
- Proven background working as a Data Scientist
- Extensive experience working Azure (Azure Data Scientist Associate certificates preferred but not essential if you can demonstrate strong experience working with Azure)
- Experience with large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Previous experience with Databricks
- Experience working on Data Science/AI/ML solutions into production environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a diverse, global team
