Intapp Engineer - Risk & Compliance Systems

Location: London (hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £85,000 + bonus + benefits

The role

A leading international professional services firm is looking for an Intapp Engineer to take ownership of its core Risk & Compliance systems.

This role sits within a global technology team and focuses on the Intapp platform, supporting critical processes such as conflicts management, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring systems are stable, integrated, and continuously improved.

This is a hands-on role combining system ownership, technical problem-solving, and project delivery across a complex, multi-system environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support Intapp Intake and Walls platforms
• Act as SME for Risk & Compliance systems across the firm
• Support and enhance conflicts and new business intake processes
• Lead and contribute to system improvements and cloud-based initiatives
• Manage and improve integrations between key systems (PMS, DMS, CRM)
• Troubleshoot complex issues and act as an escalation point
• Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and IT stakeholders globally

What we're looking for

• Strong experience with Intapp Intake and/or Intapp Walls
• Experience working within a law firm or professional services environment
• Good understanding of conflicts, AML/KYC, and onboarding processes
• Experience supporting and owning business-critical applications
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data
• Experience with integrations (Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure or similar)

Nice to have

• Experience with Intapp Cloud
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM platforms
• Power BI or other reporting tools
• Experience working in global or enterprise environments
