The Role
We are recruiting a Senior Legal Technologist to join a well-established legal innovation team delivering technology-led solutions for complex legal matters. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with responsibility for configuring legal tech platforms, supporting AI-enabled delivery and leading project work.
What You'll Do
- Lead delivery of legal tech solutions for client matters
- Configure tools such as HighQ, AI review platforms, trackers and dashboards
- Scope requirements with lawyers and stakeholders
- Support automation, reporting and data insights
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Provide guidance to junior team members
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering legal technology projects in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong hands-on experience with HighQ and related legal tech tools (eg Kira, Legora, automation platforms)
- Confident working with lawyers and clients
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
