Data Steward Manager – London (12-Month FTC)

A leading law firm in London is seeking a Data Steward Manager following a recent merger. You’ll ensure client and matter data across finance, risk, and business development is accurate, consistent, and compliant, and act as the point of escalation for a team of three Data Stewards. This role is approximately 70% hands-on data governance and project work, and 30% management.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues
• Promote best practices in data governance and process standardisation
• Contribute to wider data initiatives and system improvements
• Supervise and support a team, managing workloads and service levels

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in data or information governance
• Leadership, supervisory, or senior-level experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of GDPR
