An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Team Leader to join a forward-thinking organisation in the professional services sector. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with a strong background in software development, Agile delivery, and Microsoft cloud technologies.

The Role

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 developers based in Ipswich.
• Deliver end-to-end (cradle-to-grave) software solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define and deliver robust, scalable products.
• Drive Agile practices, including Scrum, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD
• Implement and maintain high-quality software using .NET, C#, React/JavaScript, and automation frameworks.
• Design and manage microservices and API-driven architecture.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading or mentoring a software development team.
• Full lifecycle product development expertise

Strong knowledge of:

• .NET, C#, React/JavaScript
• Azure DevOps, pipelines, and automated testing frameworks
• Microservices architecture and custom/3rd party API development
• M365 technologies (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Canvas Apps)
