The Role
You’ll act as the first point of contact for IT support, providing remote and desk-side assistance, owning issues through to resolution and ensuring users receive an excellent service.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk experience in a law firm or professional service environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft applications and end-user hardware
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach
- Confident communicator, comfortable in a professional environment
