Law Firm – London

Hybrid working – 2 days office / 3 days working from home per week

Your focus will be across core ITIL processes - Incident, Change, Service Request and Problem Management - with opportunities to expand into other areas as the function evolves.

Your Background

  • At least 3 years in IT service management with hands-on delivery of ITIL processes
  • An ITIL v3 or v4 certification
  • Must have experience of working in a law firm
  • Experience with ServiceNow is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and able to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
