The Role
Provide high-quality IT support to the London office, ensuring seamless technology experiences for lawyers and business teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver VIP IT support (remote & on-site)
- Support laptops, mobile devices, secure access tools, and printers
- Set up and manage Teams/Zoom meetings and events
- Log, manage, and resolve tickets via the Help Desk
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate where needed
- Assist with hardware setups, office moves, and installations
Skills & Experience
- 12+ months in an IT support role (professional services or legal environment)
- Strong with Windows, Office 365, Exchange, Outlook, Citrix
- Experience with iOS/Android and end-user hardware
- Knowledge of iManage/Aderant is a bonus
- Excellent communication with a customer-first mindset
