Infrastructure Analyst / Engineer

London (hybrid) • £60,000 • 12-month FTC

3 days onsite in central London per week

Tired of being a cog in a giant, siloed machine? For the next 12 months you can be the hands-on go-to who keeps a global estate fast, secure and stable - owning real infrastructure, not babysitting legacy tickets.

You’ll join a professional, London-led team supporting colleagues across multiple regions. The work is refreshingly broad: one day you’re improving Wi-Fi and WAN performance, the next you’re tightening firewalls and patching plans, then jumping into Azure/Entra, M365 and VMware to keep services humming. It’s a well-run, ITIL-aligned environment where Security and Operations work together - and where your documentation and change discipline actually get used.

What you’ll need to bring

• 5+ years in infrastructure or systems admin in a multi-site environment
• Microsoft stack: Windows Server, AD/Group Policy, M365; Azure/Entra/Intune exposure
• VMware vSphere experience (VxRail a plus)
• Hands-on networking and security: LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, VPN/firewalls, vulnerability management and patching
• Comfortable with incident/change processes, writing clear docs and pitching in for occasional out-of-hours cover
• Nice to have: Juniper Mist or similar enterprise Wi-Fi; SSE/SD-WAN such as Cato or equivalent; PowerShell
