A global law firm is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join its London Change team. You’ll play a key role in delivering business and technology transformation across the firm, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve processes and implement effective solutions.

The role

  • Analyse business challenges and identify root causes
  • Gather and document clear business requirements
  • Map current processes and design improved future-state workflows
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions
  • Work with IT teams and vendors to deliver technology change
  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable business value

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Business Analyst on technology or transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills
  • Experience with process mapping and business improvement
  • Comfortable working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments

Desirable

  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment
  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as CRM, document management or M365
