You will collaborate with lawyers, knowledge teams and technologists to scope requirements, configure platforms and champion adoption.

What you’ll do

• Run workshops to capture requirements and map legal processes
• Configure and implement solutions using automation, decision-tree logic and dashboards
• Explore AI and emerging tech and assess benefits and risks
• Deliver training, demos and user support to drive adoption
• Maintain documentation and support standard operating procedures
• Track metrics and report impact to stakeholders

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years building solutions on platforms such as HighQ, Contract Express and BRYTER
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear, non-technical communication
• Solid technical fluency, analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Proven problem solving, time management and ownership of delivery
• Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine passion for innovation in legal service delivery
