This is a hands-on analysis role with an assurance focus. You'll help an in-house team that's new to Maximo understand what good looks like, turn their business needs into clear requirements, and provide well-informed assurance on the proposed solution as the discovery findings come through.
If you hold deep Maximo knowledge and enjoy bridging business and technical teams, we want to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Running workshops with business stakeholders to capture asset management requirements for both infrastructure and equipment.
- Translating those requirements into a clear Statement of Requirements for the Maximo solution.
- Assuring the proposed Maximo solution and approach as the discovery outputs land, and identifying risks, gaps and areas for challenge.
- Advising on Maximo capabilities, versions and deployment options so they can make informed decisions.
- Working alongside the wider technical assurance team to provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.
We're looking for consultants with:
- Proven hands-on experience of IBM Maximo, ideally including delivery or implementation
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements capture and producing Statements of Requirements.
- A good understanding of asset management principles and practice.
- Experience of technical assurance, solution review, or acting as an informed client on a technology programme.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-specialist teams.
Due to the level of sensitivity of this programme, you must hold active SC security clearance and be a Sole UK National.
If you're a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others and you're passionate about ensuring transformational programmes deliver genuine value to the United Kingdom, we'd love to hear from you.
