We are looking for an experienced MES Functional Consultant to support the implementation and configuration of a Manufacturing Execution System across manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation, configuration, and deployment of MES solutions.
Configure MES functionality based on approved business requirements.
Define production workflows, operations, work instructions, routings, recipes, material requirements, and production parameters.
Work with technical teams to define integration requirements between MES and systems such as ERP and WMS.
Required experience:
Strong experience with a Manufacturing Execution System
Good understanding of manufacturing master data.
Experience with SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment activities.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Ability to translate manufacturing requirements into practical technology solutions.
