IT Specialist (Site Services)??Bodmin, UK ¦ Full-time On-siteWhat you'll be doingDeliver on-site 2nd line IT support across multiple business areasAct as a key contact for technical issues and incident resolutionSupport production, engineering and office teamsManage tickets (incidents, requests, change & problem records)Drive service improvements and proactive maintenanceSupport projects and business change initiativesMonitor system performance and recommend improvementsManage upgrades, patches and system maintenanceLiaise with third-party vendors and suppliersKeep systems, documentation and CMDB up to dateEnsure compliance with ITIL processes and SLAsYour tech exposureFactory & production environmentsMobile devices and end-user supportPrinting & AV equipmentNetwork cabling & VoIP telephonyBroadband solutions (including remote sites)What you'll bring3+ years' experience in a 2nd line / site-based IT roleStrong hands-on technical support experienceExperience supporting manufacturing or production environmentsGood understanding of ITIL (Incident, Change & Problem Management)Strong stakeholder management across operational teamsProactive mindset with a focus on service improvementTPBN1_UKTJ
