We're looking for an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to lead the design and rollout of a modern, S/4HANA-based Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solution across Pilgrim's Europe.

This is a key transformation role, moving from legacy ECC designs to a user-centric, Fiori-enabled, mobile-ready SAP PM solution as part of our SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud programme.

What You'll Do

• Act as the functional lead and SME for SAP PM / EAM processes
• Redesign and standardise maintenance processes across sites and regions
• Configure SAP PM for work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance, and planning & scheduling
• Drive adoption of SAP Fiori, mobility, scanning and automation
• Ensure strong integration with SAP MM, FI/CO and operational systems
• Lead SAP PM workstreams within S/4HANA and business transformation programmes
• Support live operations while driving continuous improvement and user adoption

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years' hands-on SAP PM experience (ECC and S/4HANA)
• Strong configuration and process design skills across core PM functions
• Experience with SAP Fiori and interest in modern EAM capabilities
• Solid understanding of maintenance and engineering operations
• Confident communicator able to work with engineers, planners, and senior stakeholders
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with willingness to travel
