Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Delivery Specialist based in Harlow, Essex ,with flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include managing service delivery processes, monitoring performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact between clients and technical teams. The role also involves active problem-solving, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration and execution of services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Service Delivery Management and Service Delivery processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and solve complex issues effectively
- Commitment to maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Prior experience in IT service delivery or a related role
- Familiarity with industry-standard service management frameworks
