Sales Development Representative

At Pimberly, we help global brands, manufacturers, and distributors take control of their product data. Our SaaS platform powers Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and enriched product experiences across eCommerce, marketplaces, and enterprise systems

What You’ll Do:

🎯 Engage & Prospect:

  • Identify and connect with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Research, outreach, and craft tailored messaging via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
  • Use suite of GTM tools to identify key decision-makers and engage with personalised outreach.

📞 Outreach & Engagement:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Open conversations with senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and positioning Pimberly effectively.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and convert into sales opportunities.

🧩 Solve & Qualify:

  • Understand challenges in product data management and position Pimberly as the solution.
  • Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and assess business needs.

📊 Drive Qualified Pipeline

  • Develop outbound opportunities and convert inbound leads into qualified sales discussions.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, prospect interactions, and lead progression in Salesforce

📈 Measure & Track Success:

  • Performance measured on:
  • Meetings Booked: Securing calls with key decision-makers
  • Meetings Sat: Ensuring high attendance rates for scheduled meetings.
  • Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): Identifying and passing high-quality opps to the sales team.

🤝 Collaborate & Close:

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing to ensure seamless handovers and campaign planning
  • Provide insights to refine strategy, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.

💡 Who You Are (Preferred not required):

  • 0 –2 years in B2B sales.
  • Experience engaging C-level decision-makers and mid level ops roles
  • Experience using GTM tools (Salesforce, Dialpad, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Dealfront etc).
  • Confident in targeted and cold outreach, account research and multi-channel engagement
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and data-focused.

📍 Full Time Office Role – Manchester City Centre | 💸 OTE 40K (Uncapped Commission)

Hours | 9am – 5pm Monday - Friday
