E-commerce Coordinator

Pineapple Careers is delighted to be supporting a fantastic business based in Ashington, West Sussex, in their search for an E-commerce Coordinator. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing international organisation where you’ll support the day-to-day running of its e-commerce platforms, work with digital retail partners and gain valuable experience supporting an exciting migration from Magento to Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day website housekeeping, including broken links, missing product information, navigation issues and site errors
• Maintaining product catalogues, pricing, SKUs, stock rules and product information across e-commerce platforms
• Supporting the migration from Magento to Shopify, including data cleaning, mapping, testing and validation
• Assisting with SEO requirements such as redirects, meta information and alt text
• Optimising Product Detail Pages through accurate copy, imagery, technical information and layout
• Supporting ecommerce performance and conversion improvements using website data and testing
• Coordinating digital preparation for new product launches
• Acting as a key contact for international website partners and regional teams
• Distributing approved digital assets, product information and campaign materials to retailers and partners
• Creating and maintaining digital retailer toolkits, including imagery, banners, video, product descriptions and newsletter content
• Managing digital asset libraries and ensuring content remains accurate and up to date
• Supporting product lifecycle updates, including launches, discontinuations and out-of-stock messaging

Key Skills:

• 2-5+ years of experience within e-commerce, online merchandising or digital retail
• Hands-on experience using Shopify and Magento / Adobe Commerce
• Luxury goods industry experience is desirable
• Experience supporting an e-commerce migration or re-platforming project would be advantageous
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience managing product catalogue data and CSV uploads
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console and basic SEO principles
• Experience managing digital assets and product content
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with international teams and external partners

Salary & Benefits:

• £32,000
• Full-time, Permanent
• Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17.00, Friday 09.00 – 15.00
