Infrastructure Support Specialist, 3rd line
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: London, hybrid

A leading London market insurer is looking for a 3rd line Infrastructure Support Specialist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced infrastructure technologies in a dynamic environment, delivering technical solutions and supporting critical IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Provide 3rd line technical support, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with IT teams to enhance system performance.
• Document processes, and guiding best practices across the infrastructure function.
• Resolve complex issues, escalated by 1st and 2nd line engineers.
• Implement minor adjustments while following the change management procedures.

Skills and requirements:

• VMware
• Azure services - (Device mangement, Entra ID and SAML)
• Windows 10/11
• Citrix - Citrix Cloud and Citrix DaaS
• Nutanix or other Hyper Converged Infrastructure
• Strong experience in Windows Server, Group Policy and Desktop Operating Systems
• Configuration Manager administration
