We are delighted to be supporting an award-winning tech business based in Birmingham as they look to recruit a Digital Campaign Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven performance marketer who enjoys delivering multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable results, but who has particularly strong focus on building automations and workflows in HubSpot.
You’ll work closely with other channels to execute and optimise campaigns that generate engagement and high-quality leads. This role would suit someone who is confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and thrives in a collaborative environment.
What will you be doing?
- Execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, search, and events.
- Build and segment audiences to deliver targeted, personalised campaigns.
- Manage and optimise CRM activity using HubSpot adopting a test and learn methodology.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns across channels including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign messaging and supporting content.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to continuously optimise results.
- Support the delivery and promotion of events as part of wider campaign strategies.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and provide clear updates on campaign performance.
- Produce regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
What experience do you need?
- B2B lead generation experience, ideally within a services-led business.
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including segmentation, automation, workflow build and reporting.
- Knowledge of paid media channels – hands on or where you have built into an integrated campaign and delivered through agency or wide internal team.
- Highly analytical with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience with A/B testing and ongoing campaign optimisation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You must be able to demonstrate impact through the campaigns you’ve built, be outputs focused and commercially minded and have longevity in your previous roles.
