The Role of Customer Success Manager

• This isn't a passive account management position. You will be the driving force behind client retention and growth.
• Manage a portfolio of existing clubs and build long-term partnerships based on trust.
• Conduct professional demos to showcase new features and ensure clients use our full suite of tools.
• Proactively monitor usage data to ensure clubs get the absolute best from the software.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase portfolio value.
• Lead the transition for new clients to ensure smooth technical and cultural integration.
• Work with clubs to move their entire workflow—from registration to payments—onto the platform.

What We are Looking for

• We are looking for a "high-engine" character who is naturally proactive and brings positive energy to the office every day.
• You have a background in SaaS within Customer Success, Account Management, or Onboarding.
• You are passionate about sport and understand the unique environment of amateur and semi-professional clubs.
• You are an active listener who understands client pain points rather than just hearing them.
• You can grasp new concepts quickly and find creative solutions to customer challenges on the fly.
• You have the confidence to work with high-performing sales teams and can simplify complex tech.
