Backed by Y Combinator and growing fast across 190+ countries, the team is now searching for a European Growth Marketing Lead to own regional growth across the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Turkey.

The Role: Lead and Scale Growth Across Europe
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Growth, youll be responsible for driving sign-ups, engagement and brand awareness across key European markets. Youll own the growth strategy end-to-end - from GTM planning and localised campaigns, to managing regional teams and performance budgets - ensuring a balance between digital excellence and cultural resonance.
Youll work closely with performance, brand, and creative teams to deliver measurable growth while building a brand that connects deeply with diverse audiences across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-market growth strategy for the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Turkey
- Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 marketers across regional and channel specialisms
- Oversee both digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and performance impact
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimise UA spend and improve CAC, retention and LTV metrics
- Build GTM playbooks and frameworks for market launches and growth experiments
- Partner with data teams to evaluate campaign performance and drive data-led optimisation
- Enhance brand awareness through culturally relevant storytelling and creative innovation
- Report on key regional KPIs, ensuring budgets and resources are aligned to deliver maximum ROI
What Theyre Looking For:
Youll bring a mix of strategic leadership, performance marketing depth, and cross-market cultural fluency. Youre data-driven and commercially sharp, but also understand how to build emotionally resonant brands that thrive in complex, multicultural markets.
Essential Experience:
- 6+ years in growth or marketing roles within fast-paced consumer or tech-driven environments
- Hands-on experience executing user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other major platforms
- Proven record of scaling marketing efforts across multiple European markets
- Deep understanding of regional media landscapes and cultural nuances
- Strong analytical mindset - confident evaluating CAC, ROI, retention, and other key growth metrics
- Track record leading and developing cross-border marketing teams
- Experience blending digital performance with offline brand building
- Familiarity with or strong appreciation of Muslim culture and audiences in Europe
- Nice to have: Additional European languages (French, German, Dutch, Turkish)
