Paid Media Manager – High-Growth Global B2B SaaS Scale-Up

Salary: £70–90k + equity + benefits

Location: London – hybrid (2–3 days in-office)

A fast-growing, VC-backed SaaS company is looking for a Paid Media Manager to take ownership of their digital acquisition engine as they enter their next major phase of global scale.

This role sits at the core of that ambition.

As Paid Media Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Digital to define and execute paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn and Meta. You'll inherit an agency relationship initially, with a clear remit to take full ownership and bring more capability in-house as the function scales.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Managing and scaling paid media activity across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
  • Rebuilding and optimising ad account structure, CPC efficiency and conversion pathways
  • Partnering with an agency initially, with long-term ownership shifting in-house
  • Driving SQLs, MQLs and pipeline creation with clear performance reporting
  • Testing new channels and creative formats to improve CAC and ROI
  • Building dashboards, insights and optimisation frameworks
  • Working closely with Sales, Product and wider Marketing

About you

You're a hands-on performance marketer who balances strategic thinking with deep platform execution. You thrive in fast-paced B2B environments, can work autonomously and love taking something good and making it exceptional.

  • Strong paid media experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or similar
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Meta a bonus)
  • Experience driving SQLs and pipeline in longer sales cycles
  • Ability to scale campaigns profitably and report on performance clearly
  • A builder mindset - able to create structure, optimisation frameworks and testing plans
