I’m working with a high-growth digital performance business that’s scaling fast across PPC, CRO, and funnel optimisation. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor as the first commercial hire , helping to build the outbound sales engine from scratch and shape the go-to-market strategy.

🎯 The role:
• Own outbound lead generation across multiple sectors (eCommerce, property, finance, education, professional services).
• Research, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through creative outreach.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership team to refine messaging and target markets.
• Book qualified meetings and build a predictable pipeline for the closing team.
✨ You’ll need:
• 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales or outbound lead generation.
• Background in digital marketing, performance media, or lead-gen environments.
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated — comfortable working remotely.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior decision-makers.
💰 The package:
• £35,000–£45,000 base + uncapped commission.
• Fully remote (UK-based).
