We're partnering with the CEO (ex-Citi, Deutsche Bank & AEA) and CTO (who has led some of EMEA's largest AI/LLM projects within Tier 1 banking and private equity) of a fast-scaling Fintech AI start-up that's redefining how PE and VC firms handle due diligence and deal sourcing.
The business has built a GenAI (LLM) operating platform that helps investors surface insights, reduce human error, and cut due diligence time by up to 85% - enabling firms to source, vet, and win more deals.
Backed by investors including Goldman Sachs, AEA, Cornerstone, and Antler, the company is scaling rapidly with ambitions to reach £30M ARR and 200+ people over the next three years.
The Opportunity
We're hiring a hands-on Content & Social Media Lead - a creative, execution-driven professional who will own the storytelling, tone, and visual identity of the brand across digital, video, and social channels.
This isn't a strategy-heavy position; it's about creating, building, and experimenting. You'll have the freedom to try new formats, test ideas, and bring concepts to life - helping turn complex AI and Fintech narratives into simple, engaging, and shareable content.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end content creation across social, video, and digital channels.
- Translate complex AI/Fintech ideas into accessible, creative stories that resonate with the investment community.
- Develop and manage the brand's social media presence, driving engagement and growth across platforms.
- Produce short-form videos, visual content, and copy to support thought leadership and product storytelling.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and leadership team to define how the company shows up publicly.
- Track performance and continuously improve output through creative experimentation.

Ideal Profile
- MUST come from a SaaS / Start up background covering B2B.
- Proven experience creating impactful content for a tech, AI, or Fintech brand (start-up experience a plus).
- Strong design sense and an ability to communicate visually and verbally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where experimentation is encouraged.
- Skilled in video storytelling, social media management, and digital content production.
- A self-starter who loves turning ideas into reality and seeing creative work drive growth.
