Job Role: Senior Solutions Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £140-170K OTE
What You’ll Do
- Drive POCs end-to-end, showcasing platform value through real-world failure discovery
- Partner with Sales on technical qualification, solution design, and customer strategy
- Run hands-on workshops on Property-Based Testing and advanced testing methodologies
- Break systems and surface critical bugs across open source and customer environments
- Build and deliver high-impact demos tailored to complex distributed systems
- Guide customers on adopting the platform and scaling modern testing practices

Skills & Experience
- Automated testing (integration, end-to-end, system-level)
- Distributed systems tooling: containers, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong programming fundamentals (OOP)
- Linux environments and debugging
- Scripting (Python, Bash, JavaScript)
- Data querying across SQL/NoSQL systems
