Product Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Product Delivery Lead to help turn product intent into shipped features in a fast moving, small team.

You will report directly to the founder and work closely with technical leadership and senior contributors to keep product work moving from idea to release. The focus is on clarity, coordination, and delivery, making sure the right things happen at the right time without unnecessary friction.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and helping teams move faster without slowing them down.

The role

  • Take ownership of delivery across key product initiatives, ensuring ideas move smoothly from concept to release.
  • Work closely with the founder, product, and technical leadership to translate direction into clear, actionable plans.
  • Coordinate between contributors so scope is understood, priorities are clear, and progress stays on track.
  • Involve the right people early to reduce rework and late surprises.
  • Support testing, release readiness, and post release follow up to ensure high quality outcomes.
  • Help scope new features through lightweight research, discovery, and simple wireframes where useful.
  • Maintain momentum in a small, senior team by removing blockers and keeping delivery focused.

What we are looking for

  • Experience delivering product or technical projects in a fast paced environment with five or more years experience.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • A practical, action oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and make progress without perfect information.
  • Good judgement around trade offs between speed and quality.
  • Experience in Customer Success or a customer facing role is a plus.
  • Some UX experience and interest is required.
